PAST POODLES

This is a list of poodles we have had the pleasure of having in our lives. This include dogs we have shown for friends.

Marlau Frere Victor

Victor was our first poodle, he was bought on limited register as a pet so he was never  shown. He was a fantastic ambassador to the breed and many people wanted a poodle "just like Victor". He is the dog that I learnt how to groom with, and he had to suffer the embarrassment of bad grooming and funny new hairstyles. 

He was obedience trialled but there were always more interesting things to do than be obedient :)

 Regrettably he developed cancer in 2008 and didn't  make it to his 9th birthday.

Ch Danrith Man In Black

Kort had a break from showing after a successful puppy show career with his breeder Dawn Bennett of Danrith Standard Poodles (thankyou to Dawn for allowing us the opportunity to show this beautiful black boy!).

Kort began his show career with us at the end of August 2003 and gained his Australian Champion title... in just over 5 months showing with several in group awards!!!

He has now returned to Brisbane with Dawn and is retired from the showring.

Ch Danrith Ginger In Heels We showed Bella December 06- March 07, she came down to Melbourne needing a few points to become a champion. She gained her title in her 1st weekend of shows down here.

Bella was fantastic show dog that never let us down in the ring. She had a sweet and fun personalty and lived to play ball.

We now have her daughter Luna, who is just like her.

Ch Jenuin Toscanini We decided to 'downsize' to a miniature, so we leased Brandon from Jenny Sculac (Jenuin Poodles). The standards thought it was great fun to have a teddy bear come to life.

He was true showdog and never had an off day in his show career. He easily gained he champion title at just over 12 months, beating many older dogs and gaining several class in groups along the way.

Brandon is now in a pet home In Melbourne and has produced some beautiful babies that will be shown by Jenny in the future.

Ch Shocking pink of Taff (imp NZ) Elektra is owned by Carol Johaneson of Clojo Miniature Poodles.

She is a gorgeous white girl and all showdog.

We took Elektra away for several weekends of showing in 2008/2009, gaining the majority the points for her champion title. Carol gained the last challenge needed for her title.
